Thanks for your support! We hope you are happy with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit or exchange only that are in unworn, unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact, within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer free return shipping at this time.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us at info@shop-ayi.com to request a return authorization and we will respond with additional instructions.

The following products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges:
Items that are marked down or purchased using promotional offers
Undergarments
Sunglasses or Eyewear
Hair Products
Socks
Swimwear
Apothecary (fragrance, candles, etc.)
Beauty (hair, nail, skincare products, etc.)
Books and magazines
Pipes
Food or beverage items
Shoe returns will not be accepted if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box, or if there are any signs of wear on the sole or shoe.
Exchanges
Please email us at info@shop-ayi.com to arrange for an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. All exchanges are final and cannot be further exchanged again. To guarantee the exchange, we recommend completing a new purchase first then initiating a return on your original item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.
