Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We ship all of our orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing + Delivery Times
As a small team, we do our best to get your orders out quickly! All orders are processed and shipped within 7 days. Once shipped, standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
Shipping Liability
AYI is not responsible for stolen or lost parcels. We are not liable for mis-ships due to addresses that were entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to insufficient information or a failed delivery, we are happy to reship the parcel to you for an additional shipping cost or we can refund your order. As a super small shop, we opened up online orders to accommodate our friends outside of San Diego. We're working hard to make it work with the resources we have! Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
