CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Cotton thrives when washed at cool temperatures, ideally up to 30 degrees, which refreshes your garments while being kind to the environment. Higher temperatures may cause shrinkage, so a gentler approach preserves the fabric's quality.If cotton feels stiff after washing, simply wearing it will soften the fibres and allow them to mould to your body. For tough stains, pre-soak in a 50% water and 50% vinegar solution for a natural, chemical-free clean. Alternatively, use a mild stain remover, always testing it on a discreet area first.

Thanks for your support! We hope you are happy with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit or exchange only that are in unworn, unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact, within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer free return shipping at this time.

Shoe returns will not be accepted if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box, or if there are any signs of wear on the sole or shoe.
Exchanges
Please email us at info@shop-ayi.com to arrange for an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. All exchanges are final and cannot be further exchanged again. To guarantee the exchange, we recommend completing a new purchase first then initiating a return on your original item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.
