MATERIALS

  • Main: Recycled PU
    • Recycled PU is created from a mix of post and pre-consumer polyester and polyurethane (PU). Unused PU and polyester materials are broken down mechanically. The polymers are reprocessed and mixed with PU to make the new PU material. Recycled PU reduces waste, carbon emissions and landfill.
  • Lining: Recycled Cotton
    • Recycled cotton twill reduces waste, landfill, carbon emissions and soil degradation. Unused fabrics are collected from factories and textiles mills. Threads are deconstructed from the fabric and spun into yarn with pre-consumer cotton and the yarn is then woven into recycled cotton twill fabric.

CARE

  • All materials are selected for their unique look and quality. Any incidental marks, tonal changes and/or textural variances are part of the material's natural characteristics and should not be considered as imperfections. All types of materials and hardware react to humidity and may cause permanent wear and tear. We recommend keeping your accessory away from strong chemicals and anything that may scratch or mark it. Simply dust or wipe clean with a damp lint free cloth. Do not submerge in water and do not dry clean. Store away from the sun and heat in a cool, dry place.
  • Special care for light coloured products.
  • Care should be taken when wearing light coloured garments and when storing the product with different colours, as the colour may transfer.

Returns

Thanks for your support! We hope you are happy with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit or exchange only that are in unworn, unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact, within 14 days of delivery. 

Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer free return shipping at this time.

Shoe returns will not be accepted if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box, or if there are any signs of wear on the sole or shoe.

Exchanges

Please email us at info@shop-ayi.com to arrange for an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. All exchanges are final and cannot be further exchanged again. To guarantee the exchange, we recommend completing a new purchase first then initiating a return on your original item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.
