NLT sources fabric locally and tries to keep things as close to home as much as possible. Thanks for your support! We hope you are happy with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit or exchange only that are in unworn, unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags intact, within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately as a small business we cannot offer free return shipping at this time.

Food or beverage items
Shoe returns will not be accepted if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box, or if there are any signs of wear on the sole or shoe.
Exchanges
Please email us at info@shop-ayi.com to arrange for an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways. All exchanges are final and cannot be further exchanged again. To guarantee the exchange, we recommend completing a new purchase first then initiating a return on your original item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.
